Lifetime Engraving specializes in custom engraving on a wide range of products, including but not limited to glassware, ornaments, awards, trophies, barware, and personalized gifts. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Custom Engraving & Personalization
When submitting text, artwork, logos, or personalization details, you acknowledge that:
- You confirm you have the legal right to use the content provided.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of spelling, dates, names, and personalization details.
- We engrave exactly what is submitted unless otherwise arranged.
- We may decline engraving requests that infringe on intellectual property, contain inappropriate content, or violate laws.
Because personalized products are made to order, they are final sale except in cases of damage or engraving error on our part.
4. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
All orders placed represent an offer to purchase. Lifetime Engraving may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Most personalized items are produced within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary based on order size, complexity, and seasonal volume. We will notify you of significant delays if they occur.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or additional fees unless specified.
Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods offered on our site.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to eligible locations displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method, personalization time, and carrier performance.
While we make every effort to ship promptly, Lifetime Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
All items are packaged securely to help ensure safe delivery.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because each item is custom engraved and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer-submitted errors or changes of mind.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly engraved due to our error
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
To initiate a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If a return is required, Lifetime Engraving will cover all return shipping costs.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, photography, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Lifetime Engraving website are owned or licensed by Easy Use LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
