Order Processing Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Because each piece is custom engraved, additional production time may be required for intricate designs or high-volume orders.

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping shortens transit time, not production time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

At checkout, customers may select from standard, priority, or expedited services where available.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Orders under $75 ship for a $10 flat-rate fee within the continental United States.

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. Use this number to follow your order and monitor its estimated delivery date.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

If your region does not appear during checkout, please contact us. Our team may be able to accommodate special arrangements.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to carrier or legal restrictions due to size, weight, or material. We comply fully with all carrier and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and lawful shipment.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Lifetime Engraving is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
